1. We work in partnership with Organisations to improve the health and well being of employees to reduce sickness and absenteeism. We can look specifically at adopting a CBT framework to combat stress, depression and anxiety.
We can provide individual assessment and treatment or provide group sessions, either in our offices or at your workplace.
2. We can support employers and employees through periods of change; redundancy programmes, company mergers. Role change and promotions and selection processes.
We can also support professional development to optimise individual and team performance. We can work with you on performance issues, managing conflict, assertiveness, personal performance issues, managing uncertainty in the workplace etc
We can provide individual assessment and treatment or work with HR Departments or Managers to offer training workshops and courses.
Once you contact us, a qualified practitioner will meet with you and/or your client to discuss specific needs. We will then work with the client to identify and set objectives with a goal-setting approach. A plan will be formulated using a solution-focused method.
Our services are tailored to your needs, as part of our initial consultation, together we will determine the type and length of service we will provide.
Our approach is straightforward, transparent and customised for you, so that everyone involved knows exactly where they stand from the beginning and what is expected.
We will then work with the client to decide how best to implement the plan in accordance with any identified needs. All of our interventions are formally evaluated, to ensure that your objectives are met within the timescale necessary.
